Meredith and Dhruv's wedding at the UBC Boathouse was a beautiful celebration of love, family, and culture. Bringing together two different backgrounds and traditions, the day was thoughtfully designed to honour both families while creating an experience that felt uniquely their own.
As clients of our Exclusive Event Planning Service, Meredith and Dhruv entrusted The Soirée Company with every aspect of the wedding. Through our full-production approach, we managed everything from vendor sourcing and stationery design to logistics, décor, timelines, and guest experience. Their only job was to choose from the curated options we presented.
With a budget of under $50,000, we transformed their vision into an elegant waterfront celebration complete with stunning fresh florals, a beautifully designed ceremony, a choreographed first dance, custom stationery, and thoughtful guest touches, including personalized favours. The result was a seamless fusion wedding that felt luxurious, intentional, and deeply personal.
